How to Install and Service an EGR Valve on 2008 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

Secure the EGR Airflow Valve into its place using the EGR Airflow Valve bolts (1). Then, connect the IAT Sensor Housing (2) and fasten it in place with the front IAT Sensor Housing retaining bolts (1) and finally put in the IAT Sensor Housing Bracket (2) and fasten it with the two rear IAT Sensor Housing bolts (1). Once the throttle body is back in place, set the front EGR Tube and attach all the EGR-related harness connectors. Once that is done, place the Vaccuum Pump (2) and the Lower Turbocharger Intercooler Flex Hose (1) in place. Then, fit the Engine Cover Support Brace, next attach the Air Filter Housing and Intake Tube and finally install the Engine Cover. Finish off the process by connecting the vehicle's negative battery cable.
