How to Maintain the Timing Chain Tensioner on 2008 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

Disconnect the negative battery cable before beginning the service for the timing chain tensioner. After that, lift the hood and take out the engine cover. Once that is done, pull off the engine air duct and air cleaner container. Take off the cable strap on the engine wiring harness and then you can remove the timing chain tensioner.
