How to Service and Repair a Wheel Bearing on 2008 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

When servicing the axle bearing, begin with helping the brake caliper come off and then giving the axle a push to free it. Remove the outer hub nut (1) using Wrench 10095 after you have loosened the parking brakes. Following this, unscrew the locking plate, inner hub nut and remove the thrust washer, as the thrust washer is only for one side. Lift the hub from the axle tube and then take out the front hub bearing (1) from the hub (2). Remove the ABS sensor tone ring, hub seal and rear bearing from the hub and then knock out the inner and outer bearing cups with a hammer and brass drift.
