Maintain a minimum clearance of 25.4 mm (1.0 in.) between the frame and underbody check the exhaust pipe with the underbody parts. Put 27 Nm (19 in. lbs.) of force on the bolt at the exhaust manifold, then tighten the front exhaust pipe and catalytic converter assembly nuts to the muffler flange to 27 Nm (19 ft. lbs.) torque. Put the front pipe on the exhaust manifold flange, then tighten the clamp to 10 Nm (95 in. lbs.). Link the oxygen sensor wires, lower the vehicle and start it to look for exhaust leaks and make the required fixes.
