How to Service the Fuel Pump and Gauge Sender on 2008 Jeep Liberty?

To service the fuel gauge sender, release the fuel system pressure and drain the fuel tank. Note the module's rotational position using the indexing arrow. Use Lockring Remover/Installer tool 9340 to remove the lockring counter-clockwise. Carefully remove the module from the tank without bending the float arm.
