Installation of A/C accumulator requires that the refrigerant oil level be adjusted to specifications. Change the accumulator in the case of compressor failure. Use refrigerant oil (30 milliliters) when the accumulator is changed only. Incidentally, remember to replace O-ring seals and gaskets, then reassemble the accumulator and attach and fix the fascia and charge the system.
