How to Service and Repair an A/C Expansion Valve on 2009 Chrysler 300?

To maintenance the A/C expansion valve, disconnect the negative battery cable and reclaim refrigerant. Unscrew the refrigerant line bracket bolt and nut, unscrew the wire harness, unscrew the suction and liquid lines. Take out the expansion valve, seals, and seal the holes to avoid contamination.
