How to Service and Repair an Oil Cooler on 2009 Chrysler 300?

Drain the engine's cooling system before you service or repair the oil cooler. You must then place the vehicle on a hoist and come away from the coolant hoses on the oil cooler. After that, get rid of the oil filter and the screw holding it to the center of the oil cooler. In the end, remove the oil cooler.
