How to Service and Repair a Belt Tensioner on a 2.0L/2.4L Engine on 2009 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

In order to replace or fix the accessory drive belt tensioner on a 2.0L/2.4L engine, take the power steering/air conditioning compressor belt off first. After that, take out bolt 2 that holds the tensioner and then remove the tensioner 3 from the vehicle. Also remove the tensioner pulley when you are replacing the pulley.
