To remove the engine timing cover, remove the engine cover, bleed fuel pressure, and disconnect the battery. Remove the coolant bottle, move the power steering reservoir and remove the accessory drive belt. Support the vehicle, remove the functionality and finally remove the timing chain cover from the bottom.
