- Q: How to Service and Repair a Second Row Swivel Seat Cushion for Lower on 2009 Chrysler Town & Country?A: Unhook the swivel lower seat in the second row and bring it out of the car before setting it on a workbench. After that, remove the screws 2 and 6 at each shield 1 that connect both sides of the seat to the seat riser 3. Take the pivot release handle 5 to the outboard seat side and remove the two fasteners 4 that connect the side shield to the seat riser underneath. To take out the center shield on the inboard side, rotate the two tabs at the center forward, then remove the shield.
