How is the Harmonic Balancer Installed on a Crankshaft on 2009 Dodge Durango?

Carefully clean the harmonic balancer bore and nose of the crankshaft ahead of installing the harmonic balancer to prevent damage to the crankshaft, harmonic balancer, or harmonic balancer installer 8512A. Put the harmonic balancer on the crankshaft and then assemble the 8512A harmonic balancer installer together with the pressing cup from 6871. Apply Mopar(R) Nickel Anti-Seize or a similar product to the threads of the harmonic balancer installer 8512A before installing it. Carefully use the 8512A harmonic balancer installer and press the harmonic balancer onto the crankshaft using the pressing cup. After that, attach and tighten the harmonic balancer bolt to 175 Nm (130 ft. lbs.). When that's done, set the cooling fan and accessory drive belt into place. Carefully insert the negative cable into the battery after all the others are connected.
