Installation of the accessory drive belt tensioner on a 3.5L engine requires fitting the accessory drive belt tensioner on the front cover, and tightening the mounting bolt to 41 Nm. Install the crossmember, bolts, tightens and 55 Nm, then remove the stand and install the belly pan, accessory drive belt, lower the vehicle and tightens the engine support bracket bolts to 45 Nm.
