2009 Dodge Journey Drain Plug Parts and Q&A

  • Q: How to service a drain plug on 2009 Dodge Journey?
A: To service the radiator drain plug, remove the belly pan, if present, and drain the cooling system. Open the draincock by turning it counterclockwise and then back 1/8 turn and pull it from the radiator tank. Do not use pliers, so as not to damage. Removing the draincock is unnecessary for routine coolant drains.
