For service and repairing the coolant reservoir, make sure you drain the coolant so it sits below the level of your coolant recovery container. Subsequently, take out the return hose from coolant recovery container 1 and then detach the bolts that secure the coolant recovery container to the engine. When that's done, unplug the bottom hose from recovery container 1 and then take out the container.
