How to Service an EGR Tube on a 3.5L Engine on 2009 Dodge Journey?

When working on the EGR Tube on a 3.5L engine, always wait for the engine to cool completely because the EGR valve and tube operate at high heat. Be sure not to push the silicone rubber seals into the intake manifold before removing the EGR tube assembly by removing the two upper tube mounting bolts. Safely wipe off the EGR valve's gaskets. Accumulated dirt may cause the valve to leak and result in both a harsh idle and less vacuum from the manifold. After that, take out the two bolts holding the tubes, then take out the entire assembly.
