Put the EGR tube into the intake manifold so that the silicone rubber seals remain intact and are put in the correct spots. Slide a fresh gasket between the EGR valve and tube and then install and tighten the bolts to 15 Nm. The EGR tube flange can be up to 2 mm from the intake manifold and still form a proper seal. Use your hands to fit the EGR tube flange mounting bolts to the intake manifold, turning them by 12 Nm to be sure you do not unintentionally strip the thread.
