How to Safely Service and Repair a Rear Wiper Blade on 2009 Dodge Nitro?

In order to service the rear wiper blade, ensure the wiper arm remains on the glass, coverning the opening, so that no damage is done. Remove the wiper arm, blade and element as a whole from the back of the car. After that, aim the end of the blade closest to the motor back toward the wiper arm, all the way to where it is detached from the motor. At that point, push the end closest to the motor away from the wiper arm as far as it will go, until the pin on the wiper blade pivot comes away from the latch features located below the wiper arm.
