How to Service and Repair a Rear Wiper Arm on 2009 Dodge Nitro?

Lift the little molded plastic piece off the wiper arm's pivot end which connects with the wiper track, to service or repair the arm. After that, unscrew the nut holding the wiper arm to the rear wiper motor output shaft. You should not use a battery terminal puller to remove the rear wiper arm, because it might cause damage. When everything is in place, use a tiny rocking movement to get the rear wiper arm pivot to disconnect from the output shaft and take the wiper arm off.
