How to Service and Repair an Antenna Cable for the Instrument Panel on 2009 Dodge Ram 1500?

Before starting to service or repair an instrument panel antenna cable, disconnect and separate the negative battery cable. After that, unplug the glove box and remove the instrument panel center bezel. With the infotainment system switched off, pull the radio straight out, being sure to unlock the antenna connector first so you do not damage the cable or the radio. Then, unplug the antenna cable by pulling the connector away from the radio and at last, take the cable out of the instrument panel by pulling both fasteners.
