How to Maintain and Fix an Oxygen Sensor on 2009 Dodge Ram 3500?

Let the engine cool off before starting on the oxygen sensor, since the exhaust manifold, exhaust pipes and catalytic converter can get very hot while running. Lift and support the vehicle before you do anything else. Remove the wire connector from the O2S sensor and be careful not to tug on the wire heading into the sensor. Apply a special tool to safely take the O2S sensor out. Lastly, spray the cleaning solution into the exhaust pipe with the required tap.
