How to Service and Repair an Ignition Coil on the Valve Cover on 2009 Jeep Compass?

Before servicing or repairing the ignition coil which is found on the valve cover, unplug the negative battery wire. After that, unhook the connector from the ignition coil, remove the mounting bolts and pull out the ignition coil from its place.
