How to Install a Brake Master Cylinder on 2009 Jeep Wrangler?

Before installation, first clean the mounting surface of the brake booster. Be sure to attach the O-ring to the master cylinder at where it connects to the brake booster before fitting the master cylinder to the studs. After that, attach the mounting nuts and fasten them by hand to 17 Nm (151 in. lbs.). Secure the brake lines to the master cylinder and fasten them tightly to 19 Nm (168 in. lbs.). After that, plug the electrical connector for the fluid level into the reservoir. After that, complete the bleeding process on the base brake circuit. Filling the new master cylinder with fluid must be done before fitting it to the car.
