How to Install a Harmonic Balancer Using Special Tool 8452 on 2009 Jeep Wrangler?

With Special Tool 8452 (1), slide the crankshaft harmonic balancer over the crankshaft with the help of lubricated Special Tool 8452 (1) parts, forcing screw, nut and thrust bearing/washer. Attach the harmonic balancer to the crankshaft first, then secure Special Tool 8452 (1) using the bolt. Next, tighten the nut to fully embed the balancer. With Special Tool 8452 removed, put in the harmonic balancer bolt and tighten it to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.). After that, put the accessory drive belt in place and attach the negative cable from the battery.
