Place the B+ terminal nut and B+ terminal, torquing it to 11.3 Nm (100 ins. lbs.) and use the field circuit connector to plug the generator in. First, install the splash shield and the right wheel underneath, before lowering the vehicle. Use a 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.) torque on the T-bolt locking nut and link the negative battery cable following this step.
