Attach the wires to the base, using the groove in the ring at 11 on the mount ring to match the base's 11 o'clock alignment rib. Lock the base inside the bezel and place the cigar lighter cap on, making it secure. After that, connect the negative battery cable to the battery's negative terminal. If the mounted cigar lighter doesn't work, you should change the entire accessory switch bezel.
