How to Install a Wiper Motor on 2010 Chrysler Town & Country?

Put the rear wiper motor in the liftgate and hold it in place with the retaining nuts, turning them in clockwise to tighten them to 10 Nm (85 in.lbs.). Following this, attach the wire harness connector and place the liftgate trim panel. After you've closed the liftgate, fit the wiper arm and then attach the negative battery cable.
