2010 Dodge Caliber Intake Manifold Parts and Q&A

  • Q: How to Install an Intake Manifold on 2010 Dodge Caliber?
A: Before you install the intake manifold, all its gasket surfaces must be cleaned and replaced with the new gasket. Then, fit the intake manifold and screw the bolts until they reach 25 Nm (220 in. lbs.). Connect the fuel rail assembly to the intake manifold after that and tighten the bolts to 23 Nm (200 in. lbs.). Make sure to put on the fuel injector connectors as well. Check for any harm to the quick connect fittings and change them whenever required. Connect the fuel supply hose to the fuel rail assembly and check that it stays in place when you gently pull at the connector. Once more, join the negative battery terminal, place the coolant, put the air filter cabinet in and finish by installing the engine cover.
