Subsequent to this, take out the accessory drive belt and afterward the crankshaft damper. Carefully place Special Tool 6341A on the nose of the crankshaft and use it to firmly screw the seal into place, so as not to harm the crankshaft seal surface of the cover. Once done, continue turning the forcing screw until the seal breaks free from the cover.
