Before installing the rear engine mount, fix the transmission mount (3) to the transmission with bolts (2) and tighten everything. Following this, install the crossmember into the vehicle and bolt and nut it to the mount using a large bolt and nut. Now, place the crossmember-to-sill bolts and tighten them using 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.). Once the support is detached, drop the car slightly and join the battery's negative cable. When using an automatic transmission, install the transmission mount (2) first, hold it in place and attach it using bolts (1). Slide the crossmember into place, bolt it to the mount with a through bolt and nut and tighten the bolts between the crossmember and sill bars to 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.). Remove the transmission support, lower your car and attach the negative cable to the battery.
