How to Install a Differential Cover on 2010 Jeep Wrangler?

First, squeeze out a 6.35 mm (1/4 in.) strip of Mopar Silicone Rubber Sealant or similar around the housing cover to use with the differential cover. Please install the housing cover within 3 to 5 minutes or else you will need to shower it and add new RTV to avoid harm. After that, put the cover and tag on the engine and secure the cover bolts in a crisscross pattern to a torque of 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.). Fill the differential up to the recommended mark and then secure the fill plug by turning it to 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.).
