After that, put in the Muffler and resonator, use the bolts to attach it and fasten the cross brace with bolts tightened at 55 Nm (40 ft. lbs.). After that, tighten the manifold ball flange nut to 12 Nm (106 in.lbs.). Make sure the exhaust module is at least 14mm (.55 in.) away from the Fuel Tank for the V8 and at least 16mm (.62 in.) away for the V6 and check that the distance between the frame on the rear tunnel and the fuel is between 15 - 20mm (.59 -.78 in.). Set the clearances properly and then tighten the ball flange nuts to 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.). After finishing the lift, put the negative Battery Cable back, turn on the engine and inspect the exhaust for leaks. Make any necessary repairs.
