When assembling, hand insert the bushing into the lower control arm until its mounting hole is square then put it in from the machined surface side, with the empty side in the bushing facing away from the Ball Joint end. Secure Special Tool 6760 onto the screw area of Remover/Installer Special Tool C-4212-F by Attach Bushing Installer, attach Special Tool 6756 to the lower front control arm and make certain Special Tool 6760 is in position over the isolator bushing. Put pressure on the rear bushing with Remover/Installer Special Tool C-4212-F, until it is directly facing the machined surface on the lower control arm. When assembling, use the Remover/Installer Special Tool, C-4212-F and the Bushing Installer (Special Tool 6876) on the screw end of it. Begin by hand inserting the front bushing into the lower control arm and install it square to its hole on the machined side of the bushing. Install Special Tool 6758 to the lower arm to ensure it is set square and then position Special Tool 6876 on the isolator bushing. Screw C-4212-F Remover/Installer against the lower control arm and push the front bushing until it matches the machined surface. Once all that is done, reinstall the lower control arm assembly underneath the vehicle.
