To remove the PDC first take off the PDC cover, then remove the relay from the PDC. On a relay, inspect the condition of relay terminals and the PDC connector terminals for damage or corrosion and repair if necessary, before reinstalling the relay. Also make sure that the pin height is the same throughout all terminals within the PDC connector and fix any damage before installing the connector. Put the relay back in the PDC and reinstall the PDC cover.
