  First, screw the brake master cylinder tightly into a vise without excessive pressure to avoid damaging it during bleed. Because the brake master cylinder is made with ISO flares and uses metric thread size, use the proper bleeding kits from Special Tool Packages 8129 and 8305, with the ends going into the fluid reservoir. Screw the two bleeding tube fittings onto each relevant motorcycle brake outlet, so that when the reservoir is full and the brake fluid meets DOT 3 standards, the open ends of the tubes remain below the surface of the fluid. Under the pressure of a wooden dowel, slowly push down the brake master cylinder pistons and allow them to return, doing this until all the air bubbles are removed. When you're done, remove the bleeding tubes from inside the cylinder, cover the outlets and tighten the filler cap.   Your first task is to take the brake master cylinder out from the power Brake Booster. Remove the Mopar Brake Parts Cleaner and mop both the brake master cylinder housing and the brake fluid reservoir, then take the cap off the reservoir and empty all the brake fluid inside out. Firmly grab the brake master cylinder in a vise, use a screwdriver to remove the retaining pins for the fluid reservoir and be careful not to pull the reservoir loose. Twist the reservoir upward and rock it to pull it out of the brake master cylinder and then remove the special grommets between the brake master cylinder housing and the reservoir. During reassembly, put in new housing-to-reservoir grommets in the brake master cylinder and lubricate the spot where the reservoir mounts to the grommet with clean brake fluid. Place the reservoir over the grommets and fit it down by rocking it into the sealing grommets. Guide the lower edge of the reservoir on top of each sealing grommet, then insert the 2 fluid reservoir pins at the top of the brake master cylinder. After that, bleed the lines and install the brake master cylinder on the vehicle.
