  First, you should clear the surface by taking away the master cylinder to service or repair the vacuum brake booster. After that, cut the vacuum line at the booster check valve connection. After removing the brake rod pin retaining clip, pull the push rod off the pin from the booster pedal. Next, remove the booster-holding nuts and the gasket below them which help the booster stick to the console. After that, move the booster ahead, tilt it up a bit and remove it from inside the engine area.

  Before removing the vacuum brake booster, remove the master cylinder. Separate the attached hose just past the booster check valve. Break the free the clip at the end of the brake pin, then pull the push rod off the attached pin. After that, remove the booster retaining nuts and the gasket holding the booster in place on the dash panel. Slide the booster ahead, lift the side slightly and then take it out of the engine area. Place a new booster gasket in the installation position first. Place the booster correctly on the dash panel, apply a bit of Mopar multi-mileage grease to the pedal pin and screw in the retaining nuts to 39 Nm. Insert the brake rod pin into the brake and snap on the retaining clip. Check the grommet on the check valve in the booster and If it is broken or worn, replace it, then plug the vacuum hose into the check valve of the booster. After that, replace the master cylinder with a new gasket and the necessary nuts, ensure you are following the steps and finish by filling and bleeding the brake system.
