How to Remove and Replace a Fan Clutch on Chrysler Aspen?

Remove and replace the viscous radiator fan clutch by first taking out the air filter housing assembly. After that, remove the fan/viscous fan drive assembly from the water pump by using Tool 6958 and Adapter Pins 8346, but keep it in the vehicle for now. Place the fan inside the radiator mount and remove the two screws that hold the shroud in place. Following that, remove the radiator shroud and fan drive assembly. Following the removal of the fan blade/viscous fan drive assembly, do not place it in a horizontal position to stop the silicone fluid from leaking into the bearing assembly and polluting the lubricant. Once all three steps are complete, remove the four bolts holding the fan blade assembly to the viscous fan drive.
