As the first step, detach the negative battery cable remote terminal from the remote battery post, after raising the hood. After that, take off the top cover of the instrument panel as directed in the manufacturer's instructions. After that, remove the two screws holding the center speaker and take off the wiring connector. After all is done, remove the speaker from the vehicle. To install it, run the instructions in the opposite order you used for removal.

How to Replace Car Speakers in the 6.5 Inch Lower Front Door on Chrysler LHS?

First, disconnect the negative battery cable remote terminal from the remote battery post when you have opened the hood. Take a trim stick (special tool #C-4755) and pry the speaker grille away from the trim near the driver's door. Take out the three screws, separate the speaker from the door and cut the wiring. When you install the speaker, first wire it up and slide it into the opening in the door, then put on the three screws that secure it. Push the speaker grille on tightly, close the door and attach the negative battery cable remote terminal to the remote battery post.
