Chrysler LHS Grille Parts and Q&A

  • Q: How to Remove and Install the Grille on Chrysler LHS?
    A:
To open the Concorde's grille, lift the hood, remove the front piece, take out two of the foam's screws and then get rid of ten grille rivets. Open the hood, remove the fascia panel, drill out and remove the rivets that secure the cross bracket to the grille and then unclip the upper grille using the six attaching clips. Start with the lower grille on the 300 M by lifting the hood, removing the fascia and releasing the foam with two screws and then simply pulling it off after detaching the lower grille clips. To add the grille to the Concorde, attach it to its spot, place ten grill clips, secure the two foam screws, then reinstall the fascia, stove the hood and check its alignment. Set the upper grille into place, fasten six grille clips, put rivets into the cross bracket, add two screws to the foam, reinstall the entire front fascia, close the hood and check the alignment. Attach the lower grille onto the car, place eight grille clips and secure with two screws for the foam, reinstall the fascia and ensure the placement is correct.
