Before servicing the Canister Purge Valve, remove the negative battery cable. After that, open the electrical connector and take it out, then push the tab and take the valve out of the bracket. Take out the vacuum lines from the valve. During installation, join the vacuum lines to the valve, attach the valve to the bracket, link the electrical connector to the valve and fasten it securely, and lastly touch the negative battery cable in place again.

At the end, switch the battery cable back to the negative battery terminal and tighten its nut with 5 Nm (45 in. lbs.).
