  Place the left multi-function switch onto the console assembly and hold it place with two screws. Solder the instrument panel wire harness connector to the switch. Install the lower and upper steering column shrouds after that. Attach the negative battery connection again. Turn the turn signal cancel cam in the multi-function switch housing until the alignment hole in one cam lobe lines up with the hole in the back of the housing, with the oblong cam hub at the top and the locating tab at the bottom.
