How to Install a Fuel Level Sensor on Chrysler Pacifica?

Connect the fuel level sensor to the module and fasten the electrical connector for the fuel level sensor first thing. Make sure the top and bottom of the fuel pump module are level, so the fuel meter is correct and the fuel level arm stays in the correct place in the tank. Fit the short rod (4) to the module bottom (3) and the long rod (1) to the module bottom (2) so that the fuel arm points toward the back of the fuel tank. Secure the 1/4 turn lock ring with a brass punch to make sure the 5 tabs are all correctly in place. Place the level unit towards the back of the tank as you insert the module, then add a new seal and set it correctly in its groove on the tank.
