First, lift the rear floor stowage bin out of the car, then go to the third row area and lift out the entire third cushion and cover. Then remove the third row seat and unbolt both of the how-to links on the outboard part of the seat. Once that is done, get rid of the drive link assembly and the two screws that keep the front cushion pan in place with the link and riser brackets. Pull the front links away from the riser pins, twist the rear sliders to disconnect from the riser tracks, take off the
Seat Cushion cover and foam pad from the seat pan and then part the cover from the foam. To install, attach the seat cushion cover to the foam pad and then place both them both on the seat pan. After snapping the J-straps, set the cushion assembly onto the seat risers by sliding the front links onto the pins and turning the cushion assembly to allow the rear sliders to secure on the riser tracks. Attach the front cushion pan to the link and risers with the bolts given and tighten the bolts to 29 N.m (21 ft.lbs.) torque. Lastly, connect the drive link assembly and tighten its two bolts, as shown, to 10 N.m (7 ft.lbs.) torque. Afterward, set the seat back in the third row, put in the rear floor bin and close the tailgate.
