Put a bead of Mopar(R) Atf Rtv (Ms-gf41) on the valve body oil pan and then tighten the upper bolts to 6 Nm (50 in. lbs.). After that, mount the pressure tap on the oil pan of the valve body and secure it tightly with 6 Nm (50 in. lbs.). Pull your car up on a lift and then connect the solenoid pack to the valve body oil pan. Raise the vehicle one more time, place the lower valve body pan bolts and tighten them until they reach 6 Nm (50 in. lbs.). Set the Nm (90 in. lbs.) torque on the ground cable bolt and then clip it to the valve body oil pan. Attach the inner wheel splash shield on the left to the vehicle and screw them into place. Decrease the vehicle's height and lock each bolting mechanism to apply a pressure of 10 Nm (90 in. lbs.). Hook up the
Shift Cable to the lever handle, fit the upper radiator hose and connect the clamps and fill the cooling system. The relay goes first in the core support and then add the
Battery Tray, battery and cables. After that, fill the transmission and take your vehicle out for a road test.
