Where is the Crankshaft Position Sensor located, and How to remove and install it on Chrysler Prowler?

The engine bell housing's passenger side is home to the crankshaft position sensor. The bottom of the sensor is located above the drive plate. To remove the sensor first raise & support vehicle and then unplug the electrical connector from the crankshaft position sensor. Then remove the sensor mounting screw and take out the sensor. To install the replacement part, position the sensor back into place and tighten the bolt to 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.). Reconnect the electrical connector to the crankshaft position sensor before lowering the vehicle.
