If only some coolant comes out of the weep hole, that's okay, but fix the water pump if the flow is large or steady because it points to the seal being flawed. To prepare for installation, clean the all O-ring surfaces on the pump and cover, slip in a fresh O-ring on the water pump and smear synthetic grease on it to help with assembly. Attach the water pump to the mounting points with bolts tightened to 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.), put the timing belt back in place and fill up the cooling system.
