How to Install Air Ducts and Position Air Outlets in the Headliner on Chrysler Town & Country?

With the air duct, put the air outlet(s) over the designated opening in the headliner and then rotate the outlets counterclockwise, making certain their retaining tabs are locked into the headliner.

How to Remove the Front Air Duct on Chrysler Town & Country?

Before uninstalling the front air duct, pull back the carpet from the area under the instrument panel and all the way into the back. At this point, lift the center floor distribution duct so the locator hole on it comes free from the weld stud on the front floor panel. Following this, draw the center floor distribution duct backwards to unhook it from the front HVAC housing's floor outlet. If you have disconnected enough ducts, you can remove each side's floor distribution duct from the center one if necessary.
