How to Install a Fuel Pump on Chrysler Town & Country?

In order to install the fuel pump module, first, a new fuel pump module O-ring should be placed on the fuel tank such that, proper alignment is maintained to prevent module damage. Insert the fuel pump module mounting tab into the arrow on the fuel tank and install the fuel pump module lock ring. Using fuel pump module lock ring tool 9340, turn the lock ring clockwise until it is seated and locked to the fuel tank. Then, connect the fuel line quick connect to the fuel pump module and the electrical connector to the fuel pump module. Finally replace the fuel tank.

How to Remove the Fuel Pump Module on Chrysler Town & Country?

After that, separate the electrical connector from the fuel pump module and unplug the fuel line quick connector from the fuel pump module.
