To access the headlamp for service and repair of the front bumper cover, first release the hood latch, then raise the hood and remove the headlamp assemblies. Raise the vehicle and support it with safety stands. You then need to remove the five push pin fasteners that attach the bottom of the fascia/air dam to the radiator closure panel and remove the front wheels. To access the bolts securing the front fascia to the fender, remove any fasteners retaining the front wheelhouse splash shields. If required, remove the fog lamp wire connectors, as well as the 2 bolts and 2 nuts that attach the fascia to the front fenders. Bring the vehicle down and take off the two bolts that secure the upper grille support to the headlamp mounting panel on either side of the grille prior to removing the bumper fascia. To install, position the front bumper fascia onto the vehicle and install two bolts attaching the bumper fascia to the headlamp mounting panel at each side of the grille. Once more raise the vehicle and support it with safety stands, then install the 2 bolts and 2 nuts that fasten the fascia to the front fenders. Ensure the fascia is flush with the fender. Install the front wheelhouse splash shields fasteners and front wheels. Reconnect the fog lamp wire connectors as necessary. Install the five push pin fasteners that attach the bottom of the fascia to the radiator closure panel. Lastly, lower the vehicle and re-install the headlamp assemblies.

How to remove and install the rear bumper cover on Chrysler Voyager?

To take the rear fascia off, open the liftgate and take off the screws that attach the upper fascia on both right and left to the liftgate tower. Using safety stands, hoist and support the vehicle. Disconnect the rear park assist wire connector (if equipped). Following this, take out the three screws that hold the rear fascia to the rear fascia brackets on either side. Next, take out the four plastic push pins holding the bottom of the rear fascia to the fascia support. To free the rear fascia brackets, lift the edges of the fascia up and outboard; remove the park assist sensor. To install the park assist sensor if required, raise the vehicle and support it once again. Place the rear fascia on the vehicle and connect the rear park assist wire connector, if equipped. Engage the front edge of the fascia under the liftgate tower and install screws on both sides. Make certain that the ends of the fascia are engaged at the rear edge of the brackets on the logh and front fascia. Also confirm the fascia is properly engaged under the liftgate with a reasonable gap. First, install the three screws that attach the rear fascia to the rear fascia brackets on each side. Next, attach the four plastic push pins at the bottom. Finally, lower the vehicle and install the two screws attaching the upper fascia to the fascia support.
