How to Effectively Remove an Air Duct on Dodge Caravan?

Start by rotating the air outlets clockwise until the retainers in back of the outlet come out of the headliner. When done, remove the air outlet(s) from the car.

How to Install Air Duct Center Bezel Outlets and Housing Assembly on Dodge Caravan?

Place the outlets and housing assembly onto the bottom of the center bezel and lock the tabs at the top. With three retaining screws, fit and tighten the outlet housing to the center bezel so that the screws are tightened to 2 Nm (17 in.lbs.). If your vehicle is equipped with the ATC heating-A/C system, couple the infrared temperature sensor jumper harness to the temperature sensor below the middle outlet. After that, fit the center bezel onto the instrument panel and attach the battery negative wire again.
